T’is the Season to get Safely Silly

Everyone loves a Christmas party, and getting through the last 12 months is definitely something worth celebrating. If you’re an employer, keep in mind that you are still responsible, even though the function maybe held away from the office and outside business hours.

You need to prevent injuries / incidents and the best way to do that is to ensure that no one drives home at the end of the function. Either ensure staff are provided with taxi vouchers, organise an uber or ensure they are catching public transport. Also ensure that sufficient food is provided and limit the amount of alcohol consumption.
